Details:
Our three-day foundation clinic is great for horsemen/women of all skill sets. From those that are newer to the horse world and need to really establish a foundation with their horse, to those that need help refining their skills. There is something for everyone at our clinics and we promise you will leave with new skills and a new vigor to continue your horsemanship journey.
Day 1: We begin on the ground where we really establish the foundation with your horse and get positive communication between you and your horse
Day 2: We review everything we learned on Day 1 and add a couple new skills. In the afternoon we begin riding; establishing a break, getting a handle on our gas pedal, etc.
Day 3: We continue to build upon everything we learned on Day 1 and Day 2. We also get a plan together for you to continue working on what you learned. Remember horsemanship is a marathon.
The cost of our Foundation Clinic is $595.00 per person. This fee includes lunch at no additional costs all three days. Board is included at no additional cost (you just have to provide feed). To hold your spot, 50% of the clinic fee is due and the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to the clinic start.
THIS IS NOT A BEGINNER CLINIC OR A PROBLEM HORSE CLINIC
There are a couple pre requisites to be able to participate in our Foundation Clinic. You have to bring your own horse, we do not have horses to rent. You have to be able to walk, trot, and canter on a loose rein with the horse that you are bringing. The horse/rider must be the same all three days. Finally, you must bring an update to date (less than 30 days) Health Certificate as well as a current (less than a year) Coggins.
For our Foundation Clinic, we do allow spectators at $25.00 per day per spectator with lunch being $10.00 per day. Spectators spots must be reserved prior to the clinic (you cannot show up the day of the clinic and hope to audit).
So now, the question is, are you ready to take your horsemanship skills to the next level? Are you ready to get a solid foundation with your horse, improve your communication with your horse, and work your butt off? If so, let us know you want to take the next steps and we will send you the formal application. Remember, these spots are limited and are on a first come, first serve basis and your spot is not confirmed until your deposit is received.
